You won't be left wondering what happens next. Each week has a clear focus, and you'll always know what I'm doing and what I need from you.
BEFORE WE START
Get ready
You book your start date and I send your clarity workbook and content templates. You work through them. Once they're done, your three weeks begin.

WEEK 01
Time to plan
We meet for a kickoff call and turn your workbook into a page plan. I choose your fonts and colours and curate your images.
🎨 You: approve the page plan and starter look.
WEEK 02
Design & build
I design and build your pages and edit your words so they read clearly. You'll get a video walkthrough of the draft site.
📝 You: send one round of consolidated feedback.
WEEK 03
Refine & launch
I make your revisions, set up SEO basics, connect your domain and launch. Then you get your training videos and two weeks of support.

That's exactly what the clarity workbook and content templates are for. You write a rough draft in your own words, and I edit it so it reads clearly. If you'd rather have a professional writer, I can refer you to a copywriter I trust.

No. Your starter look gives you fonts and colours that work together. Many people add a full brand later, and the site can grow with it.

You'll pay for your Squarespace plan and domain directly, so you own them. Premium stock photos, paid plugins or booking tools are also billed to you. I'll flag any of these before you commit.

One round of consolidated feedback on the draft site. Small fixes during your two-week support window are included too.

Your three weeks begin once your workbook is back, so most delays happen before we start. If things change mid-project, we'll agree a new date together. [Add your pause or rescheduling policy.]

I set up the on-site basics: page titles, descriptions, headings and clean structure. Ranking takes time and ongoing content, and I'll show you how to keep building on it.
