THE BRIEF
Philip J. Mancini Jr. is a former law enforcement leader and current criminal justice professor whose work bridges leadership, ethics, and personal development. He wanted a clean, minimalist redesign of his Squarespace website to reflect his evolution as a writer and speaker while providing a clear structure for essays, Substack integration, and a dedicated section for his personal development framework, You Need A Goal.
